Iconic in nearly every corner of the globe, the Land Rover Series III is one of the most distinct offroaders ever built. This particular 1982 Santana example has been extensively restored back to its original style. Finished in the Limestone paint color with white top and wheels, this rig originally came from Nicaragua, and was imported to the US 6 years ago, where it has since undergone its restoration. Outside, the Rover features a galvanized front bumper, full size roof rack, new seals all around, and Euro style headlamps. Under the hood features the rebuilt motor, hoses and lines throughout, master cylinder, brakes, and much more. Delivered to the original owner in February of 1931, this Phantom II has had quite the lifetime across the globe. Chassis number 137GY was originally built as a Pullman Limousine by Barker, and spent approximately 38 years in Britain before it exchanged owners several times in California. In 1986 the car was purchased by a buyer in Western Australia and was subjected to a major restoration where the body was changed to a Park Ward style four seat coupe. The car returned to the UK in 1989 and spent many more years there before returning to the US in the last few years. Before returning to the states, Fiennes Restoration gave the car a thorough light restoration to ensure the driveability of the car. The Hummer H1 was never a subtle vehicle, but this former DEA Special Operations Unit sure stands out from any overland vehicle out there. 1 of just 3 built originally for the DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) Special Operations Unit, this rig was outfitted with a Fire Attacker SWAT Cabinet on the rear of the Humvee chassis. Powering this beast is an upgraded 2007 Optimizer 6.5L Turbo Diesel featuring a newer cooling system, K&N Air Intake, 200 amp alternator system, and dual batteries. Currently on the rig are Method wheels wrapped in Maxxis RAZR MT tires, 12” brake rotors, and 9-way adjustable GT shocks.
