An iconic shape since it was first launched, the Mercedes G Wagon has been a very sought after vehicle for many years. This 1992 300GE was imported from France in 2018 to Texas. Upon landing in the US it received a new fuel pump, Bilstein shocks, spark plugs and wires, distributor cap, fluids, and filters. The vehicle was then repainted to the current green color in early 2020 before the current owner purchased it and brought it to Idaho. Here is underwent a thorough inspection and received a new battery, front and rear differential service, transfer cases service, serpentine belt replace, brake fluid flush, new OEM headlights, and other maintenance work. Under the hood sits the 3.0L M103 inline six cylinder engine, mated to the 4 speed automatic transmission. A 2 speed transfer case and 3 locking differentials help put the power down where needed offroad. Outside, the newer green paint shows nicely and pops driving down the road. The front runner slimline roof rack and access ladder add a nice touch as well to give it a more off road feel. OEM spare tire cover and OEM brush guard are also available. Inside, the grey interior features lots of wood style trim to add a nice touch inside. Pioneer stereo and speakers have been added inside, the optional sunroof and power windows work well, and the AC blows cold. If you are looking for a more classic G Wagon, this is the 300GE for you.
