Incredibly well documented since new and fully restored, this Pagoda roof car is absolutely stunning. Finished in Papyrus White over the primarily black interior, this is one of the best looking restorations of a 250 SL we have ever seen. Outside, the car appears to wear its original front fenders, with the correct notches in place. The paint, matching hub caps, and chrome all shine very brightly, and all panel gaps line up beautifully. Tons of invoices, receipts, and more information about the restoration of the car are included in a large binder. Included in these is the Mercedes-Benz Certificate for a previous owner in 2010, with all number tags, color tags, and delivery information. Inside, the interior was gone through, just as the rest of the car, with beautiful black leather seats, newer looking carpet kit, bright colored wood, and what appears to be the original white steering wheel as well. Frigiking air conditioning and an Alpine CD head unit sit nicely in the dash, with two speakers in the back providing good sound. The numbers matching engine and gearbox feel strong, with an invoice for their rebuilding in 2006. If you are looking for a classic convertible to enjoy, or show, this 250 SL is a great example.
