Apollo has finally unveiled the Intensa Emozione, the name meaning “intense emotion” in Italian, or IE for short.
For those who don’t know, Apollo is an Italian company that was built from the remains of the German Company Gumpert. Gumpert built some extremely radical cars themselves before their bankruptcy in 2013.
At the unveiling, Apollo confirmed that just 10 examples will be sold, each at a price of $2.7 million. The Intensa Emozione is based on the Apollo Arrow but amplified by 10. The IE is tailored towards buyers who enjoy taking their car to the track. Much like the owners of the McLaren P1 GTR, Aston Martin Vulcan, Pagani Zonda R, Ferrari FXX or FXX K.
