Built by MegaRexx Trucks in North Carolina, this 2021 MegaRaptor is an absolute beast of a truck. Based off of an F-250 Lariat, the truck is torn down and rebuilt to look and feel like an oversized Raptor. The 6.7L Power Stroke V8 Turbo-Diesel pushes out 475hp and an incredible 1,050lb/ft of torque to get this thing moving. To begin, the front axle is moved forward 1.5” to allow clearance for the massive 46” x 15.5” Michelin XZL tires. A 4.5” Icon lift and Fox Racing shocks with reservoirs were added to give the most amount of travel. Up front, a steel “halo” is built under the custom fiberglass body work to support and protect the tilt hood and Raptor headlights. A custom Raptor style grille is added up as well as a close fitting tube bumper, with center LED light bar, to allow maximum ground clearance. The 46” tires are wrapped around MRAP aluminum wheels, painted to match the Blue accents all around this truck. To make sure the truck drives correctly, the axles are regeared to 4:88, and the speedometer is calibrated to match. Around back, a matching tube bumper is installed, a long travel air bag system is included, the bed is sprayed in LineX, and a BedSlide system has been installed. A Gen Y hitch with braces fits on the rear to allow for towing despite the height of the truck, and was powder coated to match the blue accents. To help access the interior, AMP Research XL Steps are installed which function as rock sliders and automatic lowering steps. Inside, this truck is optioned with the Lariat package from Ford, which gives a very nice leather interior. Heated and cooling seats, B&O stereo system, and a panoramic sunroof give plenty of luxury options. Finishing off this truck, the exterior received custom paint protection film in the Lupo Motors Auto Salon to help keep this truck looking its best.
